Workplace well-being is a concrete form of social “welfare<\/strong>.” Companies where people work best are those that perform best in terms of turnover and growth. <\/p>\n

Daycare centers, baby parking, cafeteria with organic food and for all tastes and religions,stress management<\/strong> classes, flexible schedules to balance work-life rhythms.<\/p>\n
